🔶 Open Positions
1️⃣ Officer – API Manufacturing
Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR
- B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Experience:
- 2–5 years in oncology API / bulk drug manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily API manufacturing operations
- Ensure GMP documentation
- Follow cGMP, EHS standards
- Perform in-process checks & support QA/QC activities
2️⃣ Shift In-Charge – API Manufacturing
Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR
- B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical / Pharma Engineering)
Experience:
- 5–8 years, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift production activities
- Manage workforce & shift planning
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS
- Generate shift reports & support investigation
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, Stores
3️⃣ Plant In-Charge (AM/Manager) – Oncology API
Qualification:
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR
- B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Experience:
- 8–10 years, with 3–5 years in a plant leadership role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete plant operations
- Ensure target achievement & compliance
- Drive GMP & documentation
- Manage safety, risk & training initiatives
- Optimize cost, yield & production planning
