Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Designing, implementing, and monitoring KPI & KRA frameworks.

Driving the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.

Structuring and strengthening organization design, training programs, and accountability ownership.

Leading cost control initiatives and optimization in HR & administrative functions.

Ensuring effective manpower planning and recruitment – placing the right person in the right role.

Developing and maintaining a skill matrix aligned with training needs.
-
Overseeing HR & Admin operations to support organizational growth.
Location: Punjab
Compensation: Approx. ₹38 LPA
