Job Description & Requirements:

• Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, and Monster

• Hands-on experience in Engineering/Embedded hiring

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model

• Good exposure to IT clients

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in IT recruitment

• Excellent communication skills
