💰 Compensation:
BDA: Up to 5.5 LPA
Sr. BDA: Up to 7.3 LPA
Sales Manager: Up to 13 LPA
✨ Who We’re Looking For:
🔸 BDA:
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
🔸 Sr. BDA:
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in Edtech / Insurance / Retail / Banking / FMCG / Telecom / Real Estate / Hospitality / Automobile
🔸 Sales Manager:
• Minimum 4 years of proven Sales experience
• 3+ years of team-leading or managerial experience
• Backgrounds in Edtech / SaaS / Insurance / Retail / Banking / Automobile / FMCG / Telecom / Real Estate / Hospitality preferred
