Educational Qualification

• DEE / BE in Electrical Engineering

Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial electrical project execution (mandatory)

Job Description

• Proper planning, coordination, and execution of electrical installation work from project initiation to closure

• Handling medium to large-size industrial projects such as industrial factory buildings, substations up to 400 kV, etc.

• Acting as a coordinator between site teams (clients, consultants, PMC) and office departments for smooth execution

• Managing 2 to 3 projects simultaneously with team sizes of 20–60 members per project

• Monitoring site progress through regular reporting from site in-charges

• Providing visionary and dynamic leadership to ensure smooth project execution aligned with company work culture and core values

• Coordinating with various internal departments including back-office teams and site teams

• Based at Vadodara with regular site visits to ensure engineering quality, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
