Nxtek Yantra Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team and looking for dynamic Technical Sales Engineers across North India, South India, and Gujarat. If you have a strong engineering background and a passion for technical sales, we want to hear from you!
🔶 Open Positions (Region-wise)
📍 North India
• Develop new business for vacuum pumps and helium leak detectors.
• Conduct technical demos, prepare proposals, and manage industrial client relationships.
• Achieve regional sales targets and share market insights with HO.
• Travel will be required across the northern region.
📍 South India
• Drive sales for helium leak testing services and vacuum systems in major southern manufacturing hubs.
• Manage RFPs, client presentations, and coordinate with pre-sales teams.
• Maintain CRM entries, focus on timely closures, and accelerate regional growth.
📍 Gujarat (Vadodara HO)
• Support local sales and HQ operations with demos and engineering coordination.
• Handle key accounts, proposals, and provide on-site client support.
• Minimal travel, strong collaboration with the engineering team.
🎓 Required Qualifications (All Locations)
• BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales (vacuum/industrial equipment preferred).
• Strong communication skills, CRM/ERP proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required for the region.
