WH Executive / Supply Coordinator – E-Commerce

Locations: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and supply operations for e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate with CFA, Factory, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatches.

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Handle shipment tracking, returns, and issue resolution with platforms and customers.

Analyse supply metrics (TAT, cancellations, returns) and implement process improvements.

Ensure adherence to platform requirements and operational compliance standards.
